Learning to Evolve

Why Evolve? Choosing a name was difficult for me. Nothing seemed to click - and as a perfectionist that can be pretty picky at times... well, you can guess how that went! When in doubt, go back to your base, your goals, your "why" and restart.

What I Want My Clients to Know

Some of the more discouraging times in my practice have been those when clients feel stuck, ready to give up, and at worst - not convinced they can be helped. One goal I have for beginning this practice is to spend enough time educating and preparing clients for dealing with injuries. I want them to know sometimes it takes time, effort, and patience - but if your goals are reasonable, you trust the process, and you put in the work - you can get there. I want clients to know and get excited about fitness goals despite their age and regardless of where they're starting.

So where am I going with this? I want to teach clients how to "evolve" through injuries, age, and life.

Evolving Together

I've been practicing long enough to have some experience, but long enough to know I have a LONG way to go and a lot to learn. If you go to a large therapy practice, you'll notice the employee crowd is generally young. Why? The pace is difficult to sustain for the long haul. I love what I do and I want to be able to share it with you throughout my career. When you choose a doctor and it works, you stick with them until they retire, right? Here's to hoping this becomes a space to which you can come back for consistent care.

Let's evolve together.
